Zane Erickson, age 27, of St. John, ND passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Trinity Hospital, Minot, ND.

Zane Philip Erickson was born on July 14, 1994 in Rosebud, SD to Tyrone Ross and Beverly Jumping Elk.  Zane was raised in Bismarck and attended South Central High School graduating in 2013.  He furthered his education at Bismarck State College and Turtle Mountain Community College.  Zane worked as a water treatment specialist of Public Utilities in Belcourt.  He loved time spent with his family members, especially his parents, fiance' Larissa, and daughter Madelyn.  He enjoyed playing basketball, hunting, and playing pool.  Zane was always available to help those is need and liked going to the Shack with family and friends.  Zane will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Zane is survived by his parents, Jeff and Becky Erickson of Mandan; fiance', Larissa Hoover of St. John; and daughter, Madelyn Hoover of St. John.

Casket Bearers are Jared Lambert, Clay Erickson, Robert Lawrence, Anthony Carmona, Vernon Smith, and Slade Stringer.  Honorary Bearers are all family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Elick Funeral Home, Rolla, ND with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM prior to services.  Pastor Rick Craig officiating.  Burial will take place at a later date.
