Teresa Delorme, age 71, of Rolla, ND passed away on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Sanford Health, Bismarck, ND.

Teresa G. Delorme was born on December 11, 1949 in Belcourt, ND to Lawrence and Emma (Malaterre) Bruce.  She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education there as well, graduating from Belcourt High School.  Teresa furthered her education at UND in Grand Forks obtaining a Master's and Doctorate degree.  Teresa was united in marriage to Ronald Delorme on August 15, 1975 in Rolla.  She was the proud mother of seven children, Dawn, Keith, Jackie, Kenneth, Kristin, and two step-sons, Ronald Jr. and Anthony.  Teresa was a principal and director of education in Bismarck and at the TMCC in Belcourt.  She used to wait by the buses to give the kids hugs as they got off of the bus.  Teresa always helped out the less fortunate children, she loved all of her students.  She loved to spend time with her family members, especially her grandchildren.  She enjoyed traveling to visit her family and friends as well.  Teresa liked playing guitar, going to the casino, traveling to Las Vegas on occasion, and going to see new places.  Teresa will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her family members and many friends.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Ronald Delorme of Rolla; children, Dawn (Darla) Bruce of Bismarck, Keith (Sherri) Delorme of Belcourt, Kenneth (Tina) Delorme of Grand Forks, Kristin (Alisha) Bruce of Grand Forks, and step-sons, Ronald Jr. (Sheila) Delorme of St. Cloud, MN and Anthony (Elaine) Delorme of Maddock; fourteen grandchildren; Demi Delorme and many more great grandchildren; siblings, MaryAnne, Ronald, Donald, John, Francis, and Patti; and many nieces and nephews.

Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Jackie, and siblings, Gary, Caroline, Richard, and twins.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church, St. John, ND with a Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral Mass.  Father Richard Fineo presiding.
