Tammy Davis, age 48, of Grand Forks and Minot, ND formerly of Belcourt, ND passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Trinity Hospital, Minot, ND.

Tammy Renae (LaVallie) Davis was born on June 29, 1973 in Belcourt, ND to Linus and Mary Ann (Short) LaVallie.  She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education there as well. Tammy was united in marriage to Levi Davis on April 20, 2012 in Bismarck, ND.  She was the proud mother of six children, Josette, Robert, Jonathon, Joshua, Shawn, and Shelbie. Tammy was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother.  She enjoyed spending time with her family members, especially her grandchildren.  Time spent together at family gatherings and picnics was a favorite.  Tammy enjoyed her slots and pull tabs.  She was the life of the party, always the loud mouth to get everyone excited and laughing, and she loved with her whole heart.  She was full of life and will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Tammy is survived by her husband, Levi Davis of Minot; children, Josette (Daniel) Ferguson of Grand Forks, Robert Nadeau of Grand Forks, Jonathon Nadeau of Belcourt, Joshua Nadeau of Grand Forks, Shawn LaVallie of Belcourt, and Shelbie Dunham of Grand Forks; 14 grandchildren, Kami LaVallie, Emiiluo Ferguson, Theo Ferguson, Madison RaeAnn Nadeau, McKenna Rose Holtz-Nadeau, Robert Zackery Nadeau Jr., Ryder Gage Nadeau, Zenniah LaVallie, Kolby Mitchelle, Jaylynn Mitchelle, Eithan Willard, Jayce Dean Siegel, Majesty LaVallie, and Michael LaVallie; Godchildren, Shane Scott, Angel Houle, and Rebecca Belgarde; father, Linus LaVallie of Belcourt; siblings, Alice Scott, Linus LaVallie Jr., Faye Scott, Sandra Peltier, LeeAnn Houle, Loretta Belgarde, Joseph LaVallie, Jodi Silveira, Cynthia LaVallie, and George LaVallie; and numerous nieces and nephews and aunts and uncles.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann LaVallie and brother, Alfred LaVallie.

Casket Bearers are Tammy's sons, godson, Shane Scott, and nephew, James Rodewald.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 10:00 AM in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with visitation beginning at 8:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass.  Burial will be held at a later date.
