Russell Charette Jr., age 30, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 near Belcourt, ND.

Russell Wayne Charette Jr. was born on November 16, 1993 to Russell Sr. and Nancy (Herman) Charette in Rolla, ND. Russell completed his education in Belcourt and Rolla.  He worked construction jobs throughout the area.  Russell was the proud father of four children, Xander, Braylee, Alyonna, and Kalionnah.  He loved time spent with his fiancé Bethany, his children, mom and dad, his brother, and all his family and friends. Russell also liked being outdoors, working on cars, playing games, and playing casino games on his phone. He had a wonderful sense of humor, always joking around with family and friends.  Russell will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Russell Jr. is survived by his fiancé, Bethany Morin; children, Xander Charette, Braylee Charette, Alyonna Charette, and Kalionnah Morin; parents, Russell Sr. and Nancy Charette; brother, Ross (Maggie Nadeau) Charette; and sister, Lakayla (Tyler) Charette.

Russell Jr. was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Roselda Herman, Steve and Helen Charette, and Bertha Herman, sister, Cassie Charette, uncle, Steve Charette, aunt, LaVonne Leno, cousin, Baby Nathan, and grandmother-in-law, Dana Azure.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 10, 2024 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND.
