Rose married Ernest Keplin, her childhood sweetheart, on October 1, 1955. Together they raised four children, Dennis, Celeste, John, and June in Los Angeles, California; Spokane, Washington; and Madras Oregon. Ernie and Rose began the first All-Indian A.A. group in Spokane, where their many, many years of serving Indian communities and individuals throughout the West Coast and North Dakota began. For many years Rose hosted the family from all over the country for St. Anne's Memorial Week, where she and all her loved ones spent hours reminiscing, enjoying her cooking, playing cards, teasing, and laughing. Rose had a life-long vibrant relationship with her Savior, and many countless family and friends were blessed with her faith, her personality, and her prayers. Rose was a devoted member of St. Anne's and St Anthony's churches, where she faithfully attended without fail.
