Robin "Rocky" Peltier Jr., age 33, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at his home.

Robin "Rocky" Todd Peltier Jr. was born on October 25, 1988 in Rolla, ND to Robin Sr. and Peggy (Desjarlais) Peltier.  He was raised in Belcourt and completed his education there as well.  He furthered his education at Turtle Mountain Community College in Belcourt for two years.  Rocky was the proud father of two sons, Robin III and Zaithan.  He worked as a welder in construction at various locations.  Rocky enjoyed the outdoors, going fishing and going for walks, especially in stormy weather.  He was very artistic, being a talented drawer, and also very good at writing poems, music, and rap.  Rocky loved time spent with his family members, his children, parents, siblings, and especially his nieces and nephews.  He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Rocky is survived by his sons, Robin III and Zaithan Peltier, both of Minot; parents, Robin Sr. and Peggy Peltier of Minot; siblings, Ashley (Waylon) St. Claire, Erika (Tracy) Peltier, Martin Peltier Sr., Jessica Peltier, Samantha (Keith) Peltier, Harlene Peltier, and Harley Peltier Sr.; and many nieces and nephews.

Rocky was preceded in death by a sister, Rebekka Peltier and grandparents, William and Martha Peltier and Willard and Elizabeth Desjarlais.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from Noon to 4:00 PM at Fiddler's Hall, Belcourt, ND.
