Nicole Eltobgi, age 45, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Nicole Karen (Wilkie) Eltobgi was born on June 14, 1978 in Belcourt, ND to Nick and Darlene (Parisien) Wilkie.  She was raised in Belcourt and graduated from Turtle Mountain Community High School in 1996. Nicole was blessed with her first daughter in 1997 and decided to postpone her educational goals while she enjoyed the experience of being a new mother. Nicole later continued her education receiving an Associate's Degree from the Turtle Mountain Community College in Belcourt, ND and later earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.

Nicole used her education passionately while working for the Turtle Mountain Tribe, serving her community as a case manager within child protective services.  She took great pride in her work and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of many.

Nicole was united in marriage to Joe Eltobgi on November 25, 2006 at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Belcourt, ND.  Together they raised four daughters, Taylor, Ava, Emma, and Isabella.  Nicole loved her family dearly and took great pride in raising her girls and being a wonderful mother. She enjoyed listening to music with her children, going to concerts, and reading in her free time.  Her favorite times were spent with her family and friends, especially around the holidays.  Nicole will be dearly missed and forever loved by her family and many friends.

Nicole is survived by her husband, Joe Eltobgi of Belcourt; daughters, Taylor Eltobgi of Grand Forks, Ava Eltobgi of Belcourt, Emma Eltobgi of Belcourt, and Isabella Eltobgi of Belcourt; parents, Nick and Darlene Wilkie of Belcourt; stepmother, Barbara Nelson; brothers, Derek (Amelia) Wilkie of Devils Lake and Nicholas (Tehkaya Thomas) Wilkie of Belcourt; and nieces and nephew, Meela, Mallie, Mikale, and Sawyer.

Nicole was preceded in death by her grandparents, Stanley and Blanche Parisien, mother-in-law, Geraldine Grant and Joe's grandfather, Peter Dan Grant.

A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, April 15, 2024 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, St. John, ND with a visitation beginning at 8:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass. Father Richard Fineo presiding. Burial will be in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Belcourt, ND.
