Nadine Parisien, age 44, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Sanford Hospital, Bismarck, ND.

Nadine Marie Parisien was born on June 15, 1975 in Minot, ND to C. Joe and Carleen (Peterson) Parisien. She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education there as well, graduating from Belcourt Schools in 1993. Nadine furthered her education by obtaining an Associate of Applied Science and Business Management Degree. She was the proud mother of a beautiful daughter, Jacie, whom she loved dearly. Nadine was her daughter's #1 fan, always attending her sporting and musical events. She worked for Belcourt Oil Company as an office assistant and then for Rolette County Social Services as an administrative assistant. Nadine enjoyed helping people get ready for special occasions, fixing hair and expertly applying make-up, as she always looked flawless when you saw her. She loved passing her love of makeup and her gift of beauty to others to make them feel special. Nadine also passed along her kind, loving, and respectful spirit to everyone she encountered. She always had a smile to pass along to others. Nadine liked crafting, baking, and spending time with her daughter and her family members. She was dearly loved by many family and friends throughout her community. Nadine will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

Nadine is survived by her daughter, Jacie Parisien of Belcourt; parents, C. Joe and Carleen Parisien of Belcourt; siblings, her twin Nada Parisien of Belcourt, Billie Jo (Randall) DeCoteau of Belcourt, and Bobby Joe Parisien of Rolette; nieces and nephews, Angelique, Shaun, Noah, Avery, Mark Jr., Sophia, and Layla; adopted grandparents, Sharon and Jim Hendrickson of Rock Lake; and her dogs, Milly and Pearl.

Nadine was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Mary Elise (McGillis) Parisien and Jack and Alma (Grant) Peterson and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Casket Bearers are Troy Parisien, Avery Parisien, Robbie Parisien, Mark Allery Jr., Raymond Parisien Jr., and Randall DeCoteau. Honorary Bearers are all family, friends, and the class of 1993. Funeral Pall placed by her daughter, Jacie and her siblings, Nada, Billie Jo, and Bobby Joe. Music by Richard Turcotte, Jerry Parisien, Blake Azure, Rolland and BI Marcellais, and many more. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 3, 2020 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with visitation beginning at 8:00AM. A Rosary Service will be at 10:00 AM prior to the mass. Father Dennis Mary Dugan, Father Tony Hession, Father Jim Mulligan, and Father Richard Fineo presiding. Burial will take place in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Belcourt, ND in the spring. A meal will follow funeral services at Fiddler's Hall, Belcourt, ND.
