Mark Phelps, age 34, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at his home.

Mark Andrew Phelps was born on January 5, 1986 in Williston, ND to Roger and Mary Dawn (Drewry) Phelps.  He was raised in Rolla and completed in education there as well.  He furthered his education at college for two years following high school.  Mark worked as a mechanic and enjoyed tinkering with cars, taking things apart and putting them back together.  He loved time spent with family and friends.  Mark liked the outdoors, fishing, cutting the grass, and even shoveling snow.  He will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his family members and many friends.

Mark is survived by his mother, Mary Dawn Phelps of Duluth, MN; companion, Ramona Allery; step-children, Mandy, Jessica, and Brittany Morin, and Anthony Hoeger III; siblings, Dawn (Timothy) Dobler of Culpeper, VA, Mathew (Susie) Phelps of Fredericksburg, VA, Alyce (Andrew) Park of Anchorage, AL, and Amanda (Darren) Falcon of SanDiego, CA; and nieces and nephews.

Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Ovaila Phelps and Floyd and Lulabelle Drewry, and step-son, Derrick Allery, and also his father, Roger Phelps who passed away shortly following the death of Mark.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday , January 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Rolla Presbyterian Church, Rolla, ND.  A Meal will follow services at Fiddler's Hall, Belcourt, ND.
