Mandy Fulsebakke, age 42, of Des Lacs, ND passed away on Friday, November 5, 2021 in Des Lacs, ND.

Mandy Lynn Fulsebakke was born on April 12, 1979 in Rolette, ND to Joel Fulsebakke and Sherrie (Lien-Fulsebakke) Boucher.  Mandy was raised in Rolette, ND and completed her education there as well. She went on to become a trained Optician – which was a job that brought her great joy.  Above all, Mandy was the proud mother of her "Baby Girl", Norah James, whom she loved with her whole being. Her happiest moments were when she was with her daughter. Mandy also loved time spent with Shane, her family and her many amazing friends.  She had a gift for transforming old furniture into new treasures. And she loved cheering on her Pittsburgh Steelers!

Mandy will always be remembered for her loving spirit and her infectious laugh. She was funny, "klutsy" and was truly the life of the party. She also suffered from depression, as so many people do.  We can all honor Mandy – and her beloved brother Logan – by being brave enough to speak and more importantly listen openly to one another, without judgement. If you are feeling lost, please get help. If not for you, your loved ones.

Mandy is survived by her daughter, Norah Buttke of Moorhead, MN; mother, Sherrie (Grayson) Boucher of Rolette; father, Joel Fulsebakke of Bottineau; sister, Rochelle (Donovan) Olson of Bottineau; niece, Maggie Olson; nephew, Jude Olson; companion, Shane Beaver of Des Lacs; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Mandy was preceded in death by her brother, Logan Fulsebakke and grandparents, Delores and Glen Lien and James and Mildred Fulsebakke.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Valle Lutheran Church, Rolette, ND.  Pastor Gene Wilson officiating.
