Mable Wilkie, age 84, of Beulah, ND passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Knife River Care Center, Beulah, ND.

Mable Roberta Wilkie was born on August 25, 1940 in Belcourt, ND to Frederick and Victoria (Morin) Morin.  She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education at Fort Totten Boarding School in Devils Lake. Mable was united in marriage to Gilbert Wilkie on December 8, 1990 in Belcourt, ND.  She was the proud mother of two sons, Darren and David, and step-mother to Linda.  Mable worked for many years as a cook for Headstart in Belcourt.  She lived in Dunseith most of her life and then moved to Hazen to live with her son and daughter-in-law, Darren and Delree for two years.  For the last two years she lived at Knife River Care Center in Beulah.  Mable loved reading in her spare time and watching western movies.  She was a wonderful seamstress and enjoyed sewing.  Mable loved spending time with her family members, her husband, sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and especially her Chiwawa's and most recently her dog, "Sweetie." Mable will be lovingly remembered and forever missed.

Mable is survived by her sons, Darren (Delree Kilber) Davis of Hazen and David (May) Kramer of Wilson, NC; step-daughter, Linda Gunville of Dunseith; seven grandchildren, DJ Kramer, Andrew Metz, Samantha Davis, Colten Davis, Jerry Pinks, Shiable Davis, and Asher Davis; six great grandchildren, Cayden, Maddison, Austin, Rigs, Tanner, and Anniston; siblings, David "Sandy" (MaryAnn) Morin of Dunseith and Jean (David) Brunkow of Sioux Falls, SD; and nieces and nephews.

Mable was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Gilbert, sister, Amy Morin, brother, Marlin "Dubby" Morin, grandson, Darnel Davis, and great grandson, Oliver.

Casket Bearers are Cayden Davis, Asher Davis, Colten Davis, Colton Hettich, Benny Morin, and Gerald Pinks.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Belcourt, ND.  Father Samuel Medley officiating.
