Lillian Hoeger, age 90, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Presentation Medical Center, Rolla, ND.

Lillian Mary Hoeger was born on June 18, 1929 in Belcourt, ND to Alex and Beatrice (Poitra) Parisien. She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education there as well. Lillian was united in marriage to Harold Hoeger on April 15, 1953, after he was discharged from the military. Together they had three daughters, Shirley, Marilyn, and Betty and four sons, Gerald, Lester, Kenneth, and Randy. He preceded her in death on February 1, 1987. Lillian worked as a waitress and loved to take care of her house plants. She enjoyed going to bingo, working on crossword puzzles, jewelry, crocheting, and going to rummage sales. She loved time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Lillian will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Lillian is survived by her daughters, Shirley (Randy) Poitra of Dunseith, Marilyn (Kenneth) Baker of Belcourt, and Betty (Terry) LaVallie of Grand Forks; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; special God child, Harvey Parisien; and sister, Clara DeBoure.

Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Beatrice Parisien, her husband, Harold Hoeger, four sons, Gerald, Lester, Kenneth, and Randy, two brothers, and two sisters.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND.
