Leslie O'Brien, age 77, of St. John, ND passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Trinity Hospital, Minot, ND.

Leslie Lynn O'Brien was born on December 31, 1942 in Cando, ND to Earl and Matilda (Sand) O'Brien. He was raised in Cando and completed his education there as well. Leslie was united in marriage to Rosalie Rae Bercier on February 21, 1966 in Rolla, ND. Together they raised five children, Ellen, Scott, Leslie Jr., Brad, and Robin. Leslie was a truck driver various companies throughout the years. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing and playing cards, including pinochle with family and friends. Leslie loved time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren who where very dear to his heart. Leslie will be forever remembered and greatly missed.

Leslie is survived by his wife of 54 years, Rosalie O'Brien of St. John; children, Ellen (Keith) Rossmiller of Wildrose, Scott (Debbie) O'Brien of Edgar, WI, Leslie O'Brien Jr. of Mohall, Brad O'Brien of Wildrose, and Robin (Tracey) Day of Surrey; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and siblings, Tom (Gloria) O'Brien of Cando and Doreen Frazier of Atlanta, GA.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Matilda O'Brien and brother, Gerry O'Brien.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
