Lawrence St. Pierre, age 65, of Dunseith, ND passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the Belcourt Hospital, Belcourt, ND.

Lawrence Joseph St. Pierre was born on August 18, 1955 in Belcourt, ND to William and Alvina (Turcotte) St. Pierre.  He was raised in Dunseith and completed his education in Dunseith and in Wahpeton, ND.  Lawrence worked seasonally with various farmers throughout the area.  He lived in Dunseith his entire life and enjoyed playing softball, watching the Packers, listening to the Twins on the radio, and spending time with his family members, especially his nieces and nephews.  He had a special bond with is niece, Chloe, as she was like a daughter to him.  Lawrence also liked the companionship of his dog.  He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Lawrence is survived by his siblings, Clifford St. Pierre, William St. Pierre, Agnes Moors, Elaine Nadeau, and Bernadine St. Pierre; and many cherished nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alvina St. Pierre, and his sisters, Christine, Diane, and Edna.

Honorary Bearers are all family and friends.  Casket Bearers are Loren Nadeau, Leslie Nadeau, Lance Nadeau, Lennie Nadeau, Lennie Nadeau Jr., and Tyler Belgarde Jr.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Dunseith, ND with a visitation beginning at 8:00 AM.  Burial will follow the mass at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Dunseith, ND.
