Kimberly Gail Hodell was born March 6 ^th , 2000 to Cameron and Sharene (Bercier) Hodell. Kimberly was a beautiful, adventurous soul that cared deeply about everyone in her family and those who became part of her extended family. She was a place of comfort, joy, and protection to all that knew her. She loved and laughed with so many of the babies in her life, especially her little sister Harper. Those babies knew her as "Aunty Kimmie" and she made sure to go out of her way to be there for them to visit and spoil with gifts. She was a restless soul full of goals who spent her free time living life to the fullest and checking her goals off one at a time. She worked as a CNA at Good Samaritan in Bottineau, North Dakota where she carried that same spirit of love, compassion, and kindness to her residents.

Kimberly began her journey home to heaven with Jesus and her ancestors on August 28 ^th , 2021. Her life and memory have been celebrated in the days following in her childhood home where her family and friends have gathered to share stories and celebrate her spirit. Kimberly is survived by her loving mother and father, Cameron and Sharene Hodell; her brother James (Katelyn) Hodell; her sister Harper Hodell; and her boyfriend, Bradley Wade. She is also survived by her grandparents Kim & Becky Hodell, Victoria Bercier, George Bercier, and Jimmy Allick; her aunts, Melissa (Chad) Ruggles (Hodell), LaRon LaRocque, and Lacy (Myles) Allick; uncles Cole Allick and Todd (Josie) Allick; and her cousins, Conner Ruggles, Cade Ruggles, Luke Quick, Dennis Davis, Victoria Davis, Isiah Davis, Kolt Brunelle, Kota Brunelle, Brayden Bruce, Talon Allick, and Willow Allick.  She is survived by numerous other family, friends, and extended family who love her deeply.

She was proceeded in death by her great grandmother, Joann LaRocque and her great aunts, Laurie LaRocque and Bobbi Jo (Cricket). She was also proceeded in death by Josh and Robin (Peach) Langan who she thought of as her second set of parents.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, September 3rd, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, St. John, ND at 10:00 AM, visitation begins at 8:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass. A meal will follow after the service and burial.
