Justice Davis, age 17, of Belcourt, ND entered the spirit world on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the Belcourt Hospital, Belcourt, ND.

Justice Lee English Davis, "Mino Ziibii (Good River)" was born on August 2, 2001 in Minot, ND to Earl Belgarde and Georgianna Davis. He lived in Belcourt with his family. He attended Turtle Mountain Community High School. Justice enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He liked to go fishing, dancing, freestyling music, bonfires, and making jokes. He always had a smile for everyone he met and had a gentle heart. His favorite foods were mac and cheese, pizza, ramen noodles, popcorn, and his mom's spaghetti, but his all-time favorite food was bread with a slice of commodity cheese cooked in the microwave. He will be forever remembered and greatly missed by his family members and many friends.

Justice is survived by his son, Adonis Cole Peltier of Belcourt; companion, Leona Peltier of Belcourt; parents, Earl Belgarde (Roxanne) and Georgianna Davis, both of Belcourt; siblings, Dylan Belgarde, Amber Belgarde, Alex Belgarde, Mykela Belgarde, Kiah Baker; grandparents, Janice and Francis Peach, Dorothy Miller; great grandmothers, June St. Claire and Leona Gooden; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Justice was preceded in death by his baby brother, Josiah Belgarde, his grandparents, George Davis and Francis Lee Belgarde Sr., great grandfather's, Carl St. Claire and Emil Gooden Sr., and numerous aunts and uncles.

Casket Bearers are Dylan Belgarde, Lee Laducer, Tyler Ruiz, Holden Peach, Jarred Falcon, Aries LeDoux, Reese LaFloe, and Ronald Strickland Jr. Honorary Bearers are all family and friends.

A visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Log Cabin (Eagle Heart Cultural Center) Dunseith, ND. Traditional Ceremony will begin at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Log Cabin, Dunseith, ND with Cody St. Claire and Andrew Laverdure officiating. Burial will follow services at St. Louis Cemetery, Dunseith, ND.
