Jeanette LaVallie, age 52, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Essentia Hospital, Fargo, ND.

Jeanette Marie LaVallie was born on June 15, 1970 to Lawrence and Anita Marie "Dolly" (Frederick) LaVallie.  She was raised in Belcourt and completed her education there as well.  Jeanette married John LaVallie and together they raised, Terrilynn, Baby John, and Danielle.  She worked for many years at Turtle Mountain Community Schools in Belcourt.  She also worked as a certified nurse aide.  Jeanette enjoyed traveling, going to concerts and listening to music, and dancing.  She also liked to bead and go camping.  Jeanette always put others before herself.  She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Jeanette is survived by her husband, John LaVallie of Belcourt; children, Terrilynn LaVallie, John LaVallie Jr., and Danielle (Jace) LaVallie, all of Fargo; grandchildren, Brayton, Owen, Jaxsyn, and Jade; siblings, Micheal Frederick and Lawrence LaVallie Jr.; cousin, Leona Thomas of Williston; and nieces and nephews.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, twin babies, two grandchildren, Aiden and Kylie, and a brother, Merlin.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with visitation beginning at 8:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass.  Father Tony Hession presiding.  Burial will take place at a later date.
