Frank Belgarde, age 33, of Dunseith, ND passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Belcourt Hospital, Belcourt, ND.

Frank Louis Belgarde was born on December 26, 1985 in Belcourt, ND to Darwin Belgarde and Sherry Beston. He attended school and was raised in Dunseith. He worked at several construction jobs and for the beet farmers. Frank found his soul mate and best friend, Jaycee Wallette, whom he fell in love with for nearly 16 years. They were united in marriage on April 6, 2017 in Belcourt. Together they were building their family. He had so much to give and was the proud father of five children, Jayleigh, Jace, Journey, Vania, and Hennicy. Jayleigh changed Frank's life when she was born and he was the best dad. Frank had the biggest heart. Frank enjoyed visiting with his family and friends and also cooking and grilling, which he was very good at. He always said his secret ingredient was love. He loved time spent with his children and his family. Frank's life was taken at the young age of 33. He fought his whole life and still managed to have a smile on his face. Frank will be deeply missed by many and never forgotten.

Frank is survived by his wife, Jaycee Wallette-Belgarde of Dunseith; five children, Jayleigh, Jace, and Journey Belgarde, Vania DeCoteau, and Hennicy Eden, all of Dunseith; parents, Darwin Belgarde of Dunseith and Sherry Beston of Dunseith; brothers, Joseph (Sonya Anderson) Belgarde of Grand Forks, Darwin Belgarde Jr. of Dunseith, and Bruce Belgarde of Dunseith; sisters, Darla and Andrea Belgarde of Dunseith; and many nieces and nephews.

Frank was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis and Ilene Beston and Frank and Rose Belgarde, sister, Alisha, aunt, Gail Beston-Smoke, uncle, Francis Belgarde, cousins, Perry Picotte and Wayland Belgarde, and many more relatives.

Casket Bearers are Darwin Belgarde Jr., Joseph Belgarde, Bruce Belgarde, Alvin "Bowzer" Belgarde Jr., Jake Marion, Justin Wallette, Wesley Peltier, and Justin Baker.

A visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2019 at Eagle Heart Cultural Center, Dunseith, ND. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at NOON at the Eagle Heart Cultural Center, Dunseith, ND. Burial will follow at St. Sylvan's Cemetery, Dunseith, ND.
