Faye (Barbara) Amyotte
February 8, 1941 – October 28, 2025

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Faye (Barbara) Amyotte, age 84, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Trinity Hospital in Minot, North Dakota, due to complications following surgery.

Faye will be lovingly remembered by her children Marshel (Tia) Jeannotte, Barbara (Barbie) Jeannotte, Robert Amyotte, and Jennifer (Chad) Laducer, all of Belcourt, North Dakota; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her dearly loved aunty Cheche, with whom she shared a very special and lifelong bond.

Faye was born on February 8, 1941, to Blanche (Jeannotte) McMahon and Stanley Tetrault in Belcourt, North Dakota. She married Richard (Bobby) Amyotte, and together they shared two children.

She worked at Benchmark Electronics in Dunseith, North Dakota, for 15 years and later at Microlap Technologies in Rolla, North Dakota, where she remained until her retirement.

Faye was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness and gentle spirit touched everyone she met. She always had a smile to give, could start a conversation with anyone, and never hesitated to help someone in need. Her laughter, humor, and caring heart made her a joy to be around.

She believed deeply in prayer and often comforted others with her faith, reminding those she loved that everything would be okay. Her warm presence, sweet nature, and unforgettable smile will be cherished forever.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Blanche (Jeannotte) McMahon and Stanley Tetrault, her two brothers, and her husband, Richard (Bobby) Amyotte.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
