Eugene Houle, age 56, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025 at Quentin Burdick Memorial Hospital, Belcourt, ND.

Eugene Allen Houle was born on October 4, 1968 in Belcourt, ND to Clarence Houle Sr. and Donna Bercier.  He was raised in Belcourt and completed his education there as well.  Eugene was the proud father of five children, Clayton, Kayla, Krista, Christopher, and Preston.  In his younger years he worked in construction.  He enjoyed being outdoors fishing, playing cards, watching movies, and going to the casino.  Eugene will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Eugene is survived by his companion, Connie Azure of Belcourt; children, Clayton Houle of Belcourt, Kayla Houle of Belcourt, Krista Houle of New Town; grandchildren; siblings, Florene Houle of Bismarck, Clarence Houle Jr. of Devils Lake, Beverly Houle of Rolla, and Robert Dempsey of Montana; and nieces and nephews.

Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, sons, Preston Demery and Christopher Houle, and sister, Anna Houle.
