Edward Delonais, age 62, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Essentia Hospital, Fargo, ND.

Edward Bruce Delonais was born on August 7, 1960 in Belcourt, ND to Edward Sr. and Violet (Nadeau) Delonais.  He was raised in Belcourt and completed his education there as well.  Edward was united in marriage to Delphine Nadeau on August 4, 1997 in Belcourt.  He was the father of ten children, Brenda, Edward, Kayla, Daniel, Natasha, Richard, Angel, Jessica, Faith, and William. Edward worked at the Skydancer Casino in Belcourt.  He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, mechanical work on cars, and cooking out with family.  Edward also enjoyed going to the casino.  He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Edward is survived by his wife, Delphine Delonais of Belcourt; children, Brenda Delonais, Edward Delonais, Kayla (DJ) Kinsey, all of Grand Forks, Daniel Delonais of Duluth, MN, Natasha Nadeau, Richard Jeanotte, both of Belcourt, Angel Jeanotte of Rolette, Jessica Jeanotte of Minot, Faith (Brook Morin) Jeanotte of Rolla, and William Jeanotte of Devils Lake; 35 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Tracy Delonais of Belcourt, Carol Delonais of Fargo, and Elizabeth Delonais of Rolette; and nieces and nephews.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Sr. and Violet Delonais and sister, Brenda Delonais.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Fiddler's Hall, Belcourt, ND with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be Monday, January 16, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND.  Burial will take place at a later date.  A meal will follow the funeral mass at the Skydancer Event Center, Belcourt, ND.
