Donald Duchaine, age 61, of Minot, ND passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 at his home.

Donald L. Duchaine was born on December 17, 1958 in Belcourt, ND to William and Ruth (Azure) Duchaine.  He was raised in Belcourt and completed his education there as well.  H was the proud father of six children, Steven, Wade, Donavan, Vanessa, Dawn, and Stacey.  Donald worked as a cashier and in construction work.  He enjoyed fishing and being with is family and friends.  Donald always tried to keep everyone around him happy.  He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his family members and many friends.

Donald is survived by his children, Steven Duchaine of Minot, Wade Duchaine of Minot, Donavan Duchaine of Colorado, Vanessa Duchaine of Minot, Dawn Duchaine of Minot, and Stacey Duchaine of Fargo; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two step-children, Robert Ponce and Tony Damien, both of Bismarck; and siblings, Barbara, Cynthia, Renae, Chirs, Rodney, and Terry.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Curtis and Francis, and sisters, Donna and Mary Jane.

A visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM.  Funeral Mass will be Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the church.  Burial will follow.
