Dennis DeCoteau, age 64, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at Trinity Hospital, Minot, ND.

Dennis Dean DeCoteau was born on April 9, 1958 in Belcourt, ND to John and Delima (Dionne) DeCoteau. He was raised in Belcourt and went to St. Ann's Catholic School until the 8 ^th grade. Dennis was blessed with four children, Dennis Jr., John, Michelle, and Patricia. Dennis worked for Turtle Mountain Housing in the maintenance department for 15 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, riding horse, and hauling wood. Dennis most of all loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Dennis is survived his children, Dennis Jr. (Natasha Short) DeCoteau of Belcourt, John DeCoteau of Belcourt, Michelle (Grant) Olson of Wenatchee, WA, and Patricia Pemble of Fargo.; 11 grandchildren, Destin (Amsedel), Westin, Keeli, Caden, Nyalee, Jonathan, Wyatt, Sydney, Madison, Ayesha, and Micah; three great grandchildren, Isabelle, Lenna, and Kasin; siblings, Don DeCoteau, Dale DeCoteau, Eva Houle, John DeCoteau, Andy DeCoteau, Jean DeCoteau, and Anita DeCoteau; and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, John and Delima (Dionne) DeCoteau., and siblings, Carol DeMontigny and Dave DeCoteau Sr.
