Connie Mae (White) Wuori, age 80, of Hansboro, North Dakota passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 surrounded by her family.

She was born April 6, 1941 to Howard "Pete" and Edna (Henderson) White in Rolla, ND. She had 3 brothers Jim, Kenny and Dennis. She attended grade school and middle school in Hansboro and High School in Rolla.

She met Norman Wuori in 1956 and they were united in marriage on August 23, 1957.  They moved to Centrailia, Washington in 1959. After a house fire they returned to North Dakota in 1961 for a short stay and returned to Washington in 1963, where they owned a small farm. In 1971 Norman and Connie returned back to their roots in North Dakota where they enjoyed raising their family and farming.

They had seven children. She is survived by six children Tim (Pauline) of Rolla, Kim (Bob) of Minot, Kelly (Greg) of Lebanon, Oregon, Arlene (Brent) of Albany, Oregon, Richard (Kim) of Rolla and Jason (Trish) of Snohomish, Washington. She had 19 grandchildren: Luke, Brett, Kent, Tonya, Brittney, Ricky, Jesse, Brandi, Bobby, Savanna, Josh, Caden, Xavier, Ezera, Zane, Kenzy, Jaiden, Keira and Radek.  She had 18 great grandchildren.

She enjoyed traveling, was a talented artist, enjoyed ceramics and crocheting, gardening, playing pinochle, cribbage, going to the casino, and hunting racoons with her favorite dog Huckleberry. Her door was always open and she loved having visitors at the farm.

Her infectious smile and laugh will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Norman, daughter Patty, great grandchildren Jasmin and Jackson, and her brothers Jim and Kenny.

Visitation will be Sunday, June 27, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Elick Funeral Home in Rolla, ND with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be at the United Methodist Church on 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021.  Pastor Mike Flowers officiating.
