Carl Morin, age 69, of Belcourt, ND passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Quentin Burdick Memorial Hospital, Belcourt, ND.

Carl Wayne Morin was born on July 9, 1954 in Belcourt, ND to James and Mary (Brunelle) Morin.  He was raised in Belcourt and completed his education at boarding school in Flandreau, SD. Carl enlisted in the United States Army in 1974 and received an honorable discharge in 1980.  He worked in construction for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and snaring rabbits.  Carl also enjoyed his dogs, his faithful companions. He loved spending time with is family members and his friends. Carl will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed.

Carl is survived by his daughter, Tia (Cody) LaRocque of Belcourt; son, Garret DuMont of Fargo; four grandchildren; siblings, Beverly Grant, Loretta Falcon, Gail Morin, Roberta Archuleta, Rhonda Morin, Cheryl Morin, Allen Morin, Robert Morin, and Randall Morin; and many nieces and nephews.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Morin and siblings, Richard Morin, Peter Morin, Dennis Morin, Myron Morin, Edward Morin, and Deborah Morin.

Honorary Bearers are all family and friends.  Military Honors by the Lilley-Dionne American Legion Post #262 of Belcourt and the ND Military Funeral Honor Guard of Grand Forks.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Belcourt, ND with visitation beginning at 8:00 AM and Rosary Service at 9:00 AM prior to the funeral mass. Burial will be in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Belcourt, ND.
